Sarah Stack is on a mission to change the way we approach coaching tween and teen athletes, to normalize discussions about how nutrition and mindset work influence athletic performance and success in life beyond sports. She is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Southshore Performance Training in Metairie, LA and incorporates nutrition guidance, recovery and mindset work into programming for young athletes.

She has certifications in Personal Training, Fitness Nutrition, Assisted Stretching, and Sports Performance Enhancement from ACE and NASM, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration. 

Sarah has authored a chapter in the collaborative book What’s Next, titled Here’s One For The Girls, about the importance of training girls well. You can read her blog at www.coachsarahstack.com. She has been the featured guest on several podcasts discussing her training approach for young athletes.

She lives in her hometown of New Orleans, LA with her husband and two children.
